Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ronaldo never won a European cup/Champions League but played for Barcelona, Inter, Real, PSV and Milan who had all won European Cups in their histories.

Name the other players to have played for 4 European Cup winning teams while never winning one themselves.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,066 ✭✭✭Washington Irving

You're actually spot on. I never saw the English part of your post! He played a season with Benfica in the late 90' so that's his 4th club.

Only played for 3, Pool, Villa, Forest.

    The 6 are

Zlatan, (Inter, Ajax, Barca, Milan, Juve)
Ronaldo (PSV, Barcelona, Inter, Real Madrid, Milan)
Pierre Van Hoijdonk (Feynoord, Celtic, Benfica, Forest)
    Zenden (Liverpool, Marseille, Barcelona, PSV)
Dean Saunders (Liverpool, Villa, Forest, Benfica)
Laurent Blanc (United, Inter, Marseille, Barcelona)
