Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Folks,

Quick release mech on the topling broken, see attached pics, Anyone any idea where I could get a replacement one?
I'm told the kit to replace the broken part is as expensive as buying the complete quick release end?
    Any ideas?

Looks like the top of the plunger broke off where the rollpin goes through it?

That's the sort of thing that should be handily done by someone who knew their way around an angle grinder, a welder, and a drill.

That's where it broke alright. I discounted welding because it's cast and because the remaining surface is so small, but I'm no expert in the field. I'll get someone who is though to take a look, ( The brother in law).

It's the sort of thing that would want to be right. It has a lot depending on it!
