Spotter racks

Im just wondering if anyone knows of any spotter stands that come with the benches from argos will stop the bar from tipping over if the weights are uneven while i am loading my weights onto the bar for bench pressing thanks

I'm sure they'd be fine provided the weight isn't excessive(they don't support THAT much weight i dont think). Otherwise just unload the weights equally, IE take a plate off each side in turn.

I'm only gonna be use the spotter part of any bench I'll be throwing the rest out as I have my own FID bench. The one in this picture seems to have little steel pun to stop the bar tipping if the weight was uneven

You mean the pins that go through to hold the bar in place? Thought you meant just where it rests, my apologies.
