Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dairy startup bank loan

    I aim to start into dairy and possibly require a bank loan. What kind of rates are banks offering theses days. I presume security i.e. the farm, will be required.

    Think you can get a rate of about 5.25% to 5.5% variable at the moment, not sure what fixed would be but woiuld expect a good bit higher because ECB not going to keep rates at 1% forever... If you are looking for a relatively large loan then they will be looking for some security alright
