I was thinking of cooking onions then adding all the veg but not sure what veg to use. Also, when I make leek & potato soup I add in milk at the end and it gives a lovely taste to it. Could I do the same for vegetable soup?
I had celery and apple soup in a hotel once and it was just amazing! Would love to get a nice recipe for it.
I know there are loads on google but I'm looking for personal experiences and how to create the ultimate soup.
