Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It is unlawful for any person, with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend, to use any electronic or digital device and use any obscene, lewd or profane language or suggest any lewd or lascivious act, or threaten to inflict physical harm to the person or property of any person.

    This place would be screwed.

No great loss, Arizona is a constant contender for the award of "worst state in the union"

If that bill extends to TV & DVD's, then the State might as well turn Amish.

    Arizona:

First they came for the illegal immigrants,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't an illegal immigrant.

Then they came for the internet trolls,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't an internet troll.

    Then they came for me,
and there was no-one left to speak out for me, so Lou Ferrigno beat me up :(.

This is ridiculous, Arizona is mostly a red state who don't want Big Government. Yet they allow the government tell them what to say, who they can arrest with no reason, what to do in the bedroom and how many dildos you can own (its five by the way)

Does this mean if I go to a poorly designed website and get annoyed trying to get something done on the site that someone could get sued?

my parents once had some people staying at their house from arizona (one of those town twinning things - carlow is twinned with tempe arizona) my god they were the most dullest bunch of people i ever met. no sense of humour, no wit, and droned on n on about the wet weather we have in ireland

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,933 ✭✭✭Logical Fallacy

Actually, surely this law only applies to people in Arizona...which basically has reduced them to the easiest targets on the internet.

If that bill extends to TV & DVD's, then the State might as well turn Amish.

Especially where Fox news is concerned.
Hell, they might be guilty every ten minutes! :pac:

How can you not offend ?

Here and to a greater extent in the US there is bound to be someone who will take offense at what you say. And I use the verb take because some of them go out of their way to be offended.

If this post has offended you and you are from the US, check the 4th and 5th amendments
