Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Project seeks Bassist/Percussionist for Project.

    Hi - I am looking for a competent bassist (Percussionist) for a current project.
    I have percussion in brackets as the main instrument I would be looking for is the bass guitar. Although a handful of our songs would'nt require bass, so I would like someone who would have rhythm with playing tambourine/marracas, etc...
    We have already recorded a 4 song EP and We have 2 launch nights on May 1st & 3rd lined up.
    We have numerous rehearsal days next week, so You can drop by and join in with us and see how it goes, and more importantly, how you feel.
    There are 4 in total (including myself)
    We're an easy going bunch.
    I have created the genre of "Nou Irish Folk"
    We are based in Ballsbridge, Dublin, and We have a fine list of songs to our name.
    Our influences would be The Smiths/The Pogues/The Dubliners/OCS /Luke Kelly/Bob Dylan/Fairport Convention and so on....

    I can send you on some of our songs so to give You an idea of our sound/style, etc...
