Document Checklist (IMM 5488)
Family Information (IMM 5645)
Schedule 1 ─ Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada (IMM 5257 ─ Schedule 1)
Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union (IMM 5409)
Use of a Representative (IMM 5476)

Hi all,i have a quick question do i have to send the following forums to the imigration office,i am just wondering as they were not in PDF form on the main page.Alos guys does the Two passport-sized photos have to signed on the back? thanks all

The forms are all there. The photos don't have to be signed, but get the place that took them to stamp the back.

Hi I'm wondering if someone can help me. Im at the stage where I sent off my payment but I also have to send an electronic copy. Im my application my job history was over two pages so I used extra pages from another from. Does anybody know if I have to send these off as well electronically?
Any advice greatly appreciated

If you find an error on your form after you've sent it what should you do (I forgot to enclude my email address on one of them)

hi im jus wondering how long it usually takes for them to sent u an e mail confirming that they have recived ur application! iv send mine in nearly 3 weeks ago and not a word from them ?? thanks

How did you send it? Did you send it resgistered post or courier? Without knowing if they actually do have it it's hard to know! I belive it vairies for everyone but it was 5 days after I know they signed for it to them contacting me by email. Check your spam folder!
