irish excavator operater needs VOC for perth australia

hi everyone, im 27 and im moving to perth in may 2012, i carry a excavator ticket and telehandler ticket and im trying to find out where is the best place to get my verification on competency (VOC) for perth. i was told to go to mccoys but i cant find anythin about them. if anybody could help id appreciate it!!
