Anyone in the Kilkenny area looking to take up road cycling? Our beginners spins are aimed at complete newbies to road cycling. They are held every Monday at 18h50 starting on the 16/04/12 outside the castle gates. The first two classes are practical ones. After a couple of weeks you will be required to join the club and…

Anyone in the Kilkenny area looking to take up road cycling? Our beginners spins are aimed at complete newbies to road cycling. They are held every Monday at 18h50 starting on the 16/04/12 outside the castle gates. The first two classes are practical ones. After a couple of weeks you will be required to join the club and Cycling Ireland for insurance reasons. If you require more information just ask here as most of the committee members are boardsies or you can PM myself.

Would love to do it, if I could only get some mula for a proper road bike I'd be there in a flash. How often do ye do the beginners spins? If I can muster up a few quid to get a bike I'd love to go out.

It's once a week on Mondays. If you need a hand selecting a bike just let me know, or just post in the cycling adverts with your budget and a few will come through.
