Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I rent out a property, there is a stove in the living room.
I warned the tenants that if they have kids to be very careful with it, as it gets very hot when lit.
They said that they will get a guard for it, which they did but didn't secure it to the wall.
I have now heard from a source that one of their children has gotten severe Burns after touching it, I feel terrible for them and their child.
I have not been contacted in anyway about this by them, but can I be held liable in anyway for damages?
Thanks for any advice, please keep it helpful.
