Can An Post be contacted by phone for queries/complaints?

I've scanned their website and it's very difficult to find a number.

I posted a light package to Dublin 2.5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I had my return address listed on the package too. If they've lost it then I've lost €65 because of them, which was a present for my 1 year old niece.

I went into the post office and they gave me a form to fill in and freepost back to them.

Maybe you can get one too?

I got it back yesterday asking me to describe what's in the envelope so I'm gonna do a note and send it back to them again. Hopefully that'll sort it out. Anyway, I'm adding that bit just to advise you to include what's inside the envelope if you send them the form.
