Hello,

Who are we?

We are a six-piece band called 'Emperors of Antarctica' and we are looking for a bass player to replace one who is emigrating in May/June.


What do we sound like?

People who have listened to our music have cited a number of influences coming through, such as Radiohead, Van Morrison, Interpol, The National among others. We have some demos professionally recorded as well as two acoustic recordings from a recent appearance on Dublin South FM, why not have a listen and see what we sound like for yourself:

We have about ten songs rehearsed and more written.


Where are we?

We are all based in Dublin and currently rehearse in Volt Studios.


Who are we looking for?

We are aged between 22 and 33, so someone in and around that age range will do. You can be male or female.

We have a few gigs set up for July and August, so there will be a bit of time between the departure of our current bassist and those gigs for you to come up to speed.
