    Hi,

I have noticed for some time that there is a thread basically promoting the t-shirt company qwertee in bargain alerts. The company is now using it as a forum for discussing problems with customers. There has been no change to this 'bargain alert' for over a year.

Is this not in contravention of that forums charter?

If Lidl started one there would be war. Most other companys seem to have to go to the talk too section when they get a verified representative.

    Hi there,

The thread in Bargain Alerts was started by a regular member. This is permitted, as is the company representative who is verified by us and pays a monthly fee for their account.

As you will notice Qwertee: Robert has his username in red which indicates he is a verified rep.

Some companies are too small for Talk to forums so we set up the Verified Representative system for members wishing to post in an official capacity and use Boards.ie to engage with customers.
