we do the statement online, you can print off or if inspected you can show the statement to the inspector on your pc,

The HSA cannot access your statement .

BriteSpark/ Snowman It is not for Hsa, for beef inspection. I know that there is a blank template that you can fill out online & print out. that is supposed to be pretty straight forward to complete.

    Thank ye anyway

The link below has a blank section at the end.

no harm reading the document below too.

I know you say its for beef inspection, but really it's all to do with standards on the farm, and you should have one even if you weren't involved with bord bia.

(Just remember the main purpose of the safety statement is to make you think about hazards and risks on your farm)

(A colleague of mine who is a part time farmer had to complete the same things)

I remember doing this one in Teagasc. They said it would do for any inspection.

Does any body have a new link to the farm safety risk assessment statement? The hse has changed the link on the site.

This will be perfect, it is the same as the farm safety book.

I am working on the farmsafety site at the moment ( new insurance company insists on me having one )
I haven't gone as far as printing yet but I can open it and edit it on PC or iPad so I recon once you are happy with the information you can go to any computer and log on and print it off.
Only concern I would have with online version is who else is looking at your information.

a safety statement is ment to be available to anybody thats on the farm, so nearly public viewing.
what you could do is fill it in, not save it and 'print screen' and paste it into a word document and save it on your own pc
