NCPS Clamp Removal

    Hi there,

    Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

    I got clamped this morning, I paid to get the clamp removed this afternoon. Their policy states it takes UP to 2 hours to remove the clamp. I paid at 17.49 and the car is still not released (now 20:49)

    I was meant to start a delivery job at 8pm but now the place I work for has had to get a new driver for the night as NCPS haven't shown up within the 2 hours stated in their receipt.

    As I have now lost a night's earnings due to the fact they haven't shown up, is this a significant reason to appeal and will it be taken seriously?
