Buying gear online

I want to get some running gear and as I do all my shopping online I was hoping someone could give me a few ideas. I just started running seriously 2 weeks ago and at the moment I run in a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. I did a 10k race today in just over 40min so I thought it would be worth investing in some proper gear.…

This is good running speed. This shows that you are a good speedy racer. Most of the runner prefers the neutral type cushioning shoes. The heel of these shoes strikes the ground and provides support for absorbing shock. At least, one time you should try.

Get running shoes in shop where they can give you qualified advice about what suits you and preferably can assess your running. Otherwise you can waste a lot of time and money learning the hard way.
Apart from that online shopping is great for all other gear.
