Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I put a meteor sim in my iPad but I cannot connect to the internet I get a 'cannot activate cellular data' error message. Signal strength is good and the iPad recognises its a Meteor sim. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Is it a mobile phone or a broadband SIM?
Does it need the internet settings to be configured?

Settings > Cellular Data > APN Settings

    It's a broadband SIM.

The APN settings were blank. So I entered 'broadband.mymeteor.ie' as the APN and left the username and password blank (as suggested in an old thread on here). But it still won't connect

You've bought a broadband pass (if it's a prepay SIM), right?
Make sure cellular data is switched on.

Try DATA.mymeteor.ie and see does it allow any access

I had the same issue with Meteor. After a week of trying I returned the sim to Meteor and got an O2 sim which worked straight away.
