folks i am thinking of getting one of these as i am unable to turn my mattress on my own, i need your expert advice thanks in advance.

Give a grown up family member or a neighbour the price of a pint and Im sure they will flip the mattress for you or give you a helping hand in flipping it.:)

If you could get a memory foam mattress topper online then that'd be grand. If your mattress is not in good condition, this could just be counterproductive though as the foam will form to the dips in your bed
