Facevook Virus

    Hi,

    Not sure if this is a virus or not but as I was logging in to Facebook earlier I noticed a message at the bottom of my internet browser (Google Chrome) saying ''waiting for 0-310.channel.facebook ''. It's something I've never noticed before.

    Can someone tell me, is this normal?

    Or could it be a virus of some sort?

    Its most likely just the name of one of Facebooks servers.

    I dont know if this is the same virus you might have but here some tips:

    Download this AV_Spam_Facebook.exe or WWW.FORO7.INFO_AV_Spam_Facebook.exe

    Then block wall publications:

    A message like the OP posted is not virus related, its the browser contacting a web server. 0-310.channel.facebook.com is the name of one of Facebook's servers. Ping it and see.
