general purpose fertilizer for vegetables?

hi, I've some "general purpose garden food" in the shed, it's been sitting there for years. There's plenty of photos of nice flowers on it but no mention of vegetables on the pack. Would there be any problem using in on my veg?

Ive done this in the past and never had an problems though generally speaking the best for veg is a good quality tomato food!
