How does a club win Club of the Year?

As the title says! Is it based on how many are in/ join the club... how many competitions the club wins/ how it ranks in terms of other university clubs of the same sport... how satisfied club members are? Or some combination of things? :confused:

As far as I remember, it's awarded in the same manner as the sports achievements awards - i.e. a club completes an nomination form, highlighting the achievements, victories, club spirit, membership, etc., and then it goes before a panel or committee who makes the decision.
