    I wish to put my email bill onto a new email address. I had problems with my last email and can no longer get into it. can you let me know how to do this.

    Hi kinnari,

    When you log-in online and click into one of your accounts (electricity/gas), go to the 'edit your details' section, and then 'edit contact details'.

    Your log-in email address will remain the same (even if you don't use it anymore; it acts essentially as a 'username'), but you can change the email address that we use to contact you.
