Looking for short term 3 month summer rental, Northside near City centre

    Hello there,

    I'm looking for a short term let for summer months and then again for 3 weeks at Christmas in and around Dublin 9 or Northside close to city centre,amenities and transport etc. Preferably with a garden and minimum 3 bedrooms. Must be fully furnished. My maximum budget per month is €1000. If anyone knows anything I'd be really grateful if you could PM me. The reason I'm putting this here is evidently it will be word of mouth, friend of a friend etc. as everything up on the usual sites goes way beyond this budget. I hope I'm not breaking any charter rules!
