    Hi there,
Myself and some fellow students are interested in setting up a business while we are in college.
We don't intend to take any wages or profits from this company for at least 3 years. I was wondering if anyone could give me a quick rundown on what would be involved.

We have enough investment to startup and hoped that the company would make enough to break even.

At graduation we'd disolve the company returning the investors cash, clearing any tax liability and dividing any profit amongst the partners. Is this even feasible?
