Reasonably priced B & B near Ely Place, Dublin 2

My cousin is looking to get a procedure carried out at this clinic...... so they asked me the "boards" man to see if anyone on the forums knew of a reasonably priced B & B nearby. Any ideas?

Ely Place is a kind of strange location..between Baggot St and Leeson St. Not exactly bargain accommodation area.

If there's more than one person staying they might consider self catering in Latchfords www.latchfords.ie which can work out much better value for money!
