change in my mortgage interest relief

]I just got letter to say my MIR has gone up about 10 euros/month. Is that to do with moving from first time buyer to landlord? My first time buyer rate is almost up anyway but i didnt think there was interest relief @ source for landlords. I have registered with Ptrb. Do they notify revenue automatically?
