I am heading for latvia tomorrow, 2 nights in Riga & 2 nights in Ventspils. Being there but never did any shooting like you are looking for. But there are plenty of gun shops to choose from.

Purnavu muiza is an upscale shop but they can help you out. They have shop's in Marupe, a suburb of Riga and Saldus, a Town/city between Riga and Liepaga.
