Netbook Hanging/Freezing???

    hello,

    i have a dell 1101 inpiron netbook:

    spec here:

    http://www.gadgetku.net/2011/12/netbook-dell-inspiron-1011-specs.html

I hadn’t ran a malwarebytes scan in a while so I did and found 296 objects infected. Ever since I ran the scan and removed the objects infected the netbook takes forever to load windows and the system freeze up constantly and wont load windows fully.

It doesn’t do this in safe mode, works away fine. In safe mode I ran malwarebytes again and my avast anti-virus and no threats are found with either.

To me it looks like a ram issue with the egg timer just going round and round until it freezes. My next step was to reseat the ram but upon googling the netbook the ram is under the keyboard attached to the motherboard. I don’t want to take it apart cause there is a ton of work involved in it and not quiet sure what im doing.when it hangs on the timer i have no functions working from the keyboard.

I just find it weird I didn’t have the hanging/freeze issue before I ran a virus scan but upon removing any threats found it now does have that issue.

    Any thoughts?????
