Paying a fine in criminal court

    If i am to pay a fine to the poor box in court would I have to pay the fine on the spot or am I given a certain amount of time to pay it?

    Normally you are given 30 days to pay.

    Normally you are given 30 days to pay.

    A payment to the poor box is not a fine usually if to can not pay on the day the matter will adjourned to the next sitting of the court to produce a receipt.
