Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting rid of the Property Management Company

I live in small estate with 10 houses. It is managed by a Property Management Company.

The director of the Property Management Company in question also owns 7 of the 10 houses. He rents the 7 houses. The other 3 houses are owned privately.

Everyone in the estate, including the 7 tenants of the Property Management Company, are deeply unhappy with the management of the estate. In Particular, the director is very rude, tells people to F-off when they complain and has made a few of the women cry; hes that bad.

Every year at the AGM, he has the majority vote (as he owns the 7 houses) to keep his company to manage the property.

Is there any way we can get rid of this guy and his company?

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

You need legal advice, that is not available here. See charter.
