Mass effect 3 update freezing my Xbox

Downloaded the new update today and DLC , played straight away no problems , signed off , came back on tonight and soon as it says connecting to ea servers it freezes, powered off and started again same thing 3 more times , changed disks and tried different game MW3 online no problem , tried ME 3 again same thing grrrrr…

Downloaded the new update today and DLC , played straight away no problems , signed off , came back on tonight and soon as it says connecting to ea servers it freezes, powered off and started again same thing 3 more times , changed disks and tried different game MW3 online no problem , tried ME 3 again same thing grrrrr starting to get sick and tired of EA had similar problems with Battelfield 3 and went through 5 weeks of correspondence and log in with them to end up not being able to play it , is this going to be a repeat with Mass Effect?

Anybody got a solution?

Delete and redownload the content, and clear the cache, should be find after that
