Going to the cinema with my bf to see Titanic 3D this afternoon, can't wait :D

Also from today onwards I am on a health kick, no more bread and no sweet things either. Hopefully by the summer I'll have a flat stomach, I don't care if it's not a washboard stomach or I don't get abs, I just want rid of my pot belly :D

Sea Bass for dinner tonight nom nom nom!

Hoping for a Ulster v Leinster final, would be great craic! :)

Just heading into town to soak up the atmosphere and watch it in a pub somewhere. We were going to go, but decided to save our money for wine in France :D

Yea should be great atmosphere with a big enough crowd. You any pub recommendations?

City centre - the Old Stand on Exchequer St

Nearer the Aviva - the Bath on Bath Ave. Get in early, though, it absolutely packs out

Donnybrook - Kiely's. Best rugby pub in Dublin, imo. You'll get the post-match crowd in after the game too, always good banter.

I am aghast! I thought you of all people would refrain from calling it the Aviva! Always has and always will be Lansdowne Road :-)

Must stop watching mafia movies before bed. Woke my boyfriend up this morning shouting 'Noooooooooooooo!' in my sleep... Had dreamt he'd gotten involved with the mob and the puppy got shot in front of me as retribution for something.
    Off to work now, boo!

My weekend plan is lie in on sat followed by watching my son competing in a local music competition. Sunday will be spent chopping lumps of rust out of my car and welding in new metal.

Beer may be involved at some point...

Not going until Monday now :(

Don't know what is wrong with me lately, I'm so tired all the time. I get plenty of sleep, so that can't be it.

Really have no idea what possessed UCC to put the Spring Open day on three days before exams start; complete with concert directly outside the library at 12pm, loud teenagers everywhere is not conducive to good study..... bitta final year stress wars going on!

Had a lovely coffee with a lovely boy from my course though; you know, as a stress free study break. Talking about first aid and channelling your inner first year :P

Now for an evening of study! Woop woop..

Just heard back from the interview I did on Wednesday, the one that left me sweating and shaking and convinced I was ****e... I'm into the second round interviews next week! Which means it's between me and only one other person. I'm really thrilled and very surprised.

Next interview is 90 mins and will include some sort of "technical assignment" which sounds interesting. Back to the study this weekend so. SO EXCITED!

Can be hand delivered by a guard or sent registered post.

It'll depend what you're being summonsed for.

If it's for not paying your tv licence would they send the guards?

Poor little guy :( At least he knows your there for him if he ever needs you, you can't do more than that and that can hurt sometimes. You want to take the pain and sadness away and can't and in turn that hurts you.

*hugs* I hope he'll be okay soon.

    Doubt it. Post.

You'd get a warning letter first though.

Then why were the guards just at my door

The tv licence thing is the only reason I can think of unless somethin really bad has happened :(

Do I ring them and ask them to call back??

    Probably a summons then. :(

I'm on night duty tonight so i was asleep in bed, and by the time I got up and dressed to answer the door I looked out my bedroom window and he was walking away & gettin into his car :(

    I can't get a summons :(

Ooh that's a big confidence booster, isn't it? You're obviously doing everything right ;):)

It was at first, thinking about it has made me freak out a little though :o I know my results this year won't be spectacular so I'm now wondering if when he sees that he changes his mind :p Ah sure, more information can't hurt! :)

I went to the library in town today to study. Took a break to get some lunch and I bumped into an old friend who I haven't seen in AGES. Literally 18 months or so. We went for an impromptu coffee and chat and it was amazing. :D So much fun to catch up, and she gave me some useful advice and guidance. We're planning to spend a day together and have the craic once my exams are over. Certainly put a smile on my face, especially considering I hadn't been in the best mood beforehand. :)

Pay your license, but now that the summons has been issued you'll probably have to appear in court anyway, even if just to say "i've paid it".

    I guess...

I'd have a tv licence if I could afford it.. :o

If you can't pay 160 now you'll be screwed when you have to pay 1000 in court. That's how much my friend was done for.
