P-660HW-T1 v3 upgrade possible?

Hi,
I was trying to update my router, I have P-660HW-T1 v3 so I went to http://www.zyxel.com/support/download-search.shtml?product=20080815092146&mtype=Firmware&keyword=&submit=Submit# and got fresh new firmware (2011 release) and tried to upload .bin file. Problem is that I have nothing, but error:

firmware upload error!

The uploaded file was not accepted by the device. Please return to the previous page and select a valid upgrade file. Click Help for more information.My Current Firmware Version is V3.70(BOE.4)D0 | 08/23/2010
I wanted to upgrade to 3.70(BJZ.10)C0
I am missing something? Please advice Thanks!

I have tried to do the same as you, As far as i know eircom who are my internet provider control what firmware upgrades i can get. If you ring eircom they may be able to give you a reason for not being able to update the firmware.

I got sent this on eircom but i haven't tried it yet.
