Are they a genuine outfit or are they rip of merchants? Anyone have any experience with them? Anyone cancel an order in the past with them? Any hassle/delays in getting a refund?

As for getting your money back I would suggest to contact your bank to commence chargeback procedure.

print out any emails you sent to that outfit.

Finally,ask Mods to move this to the Consumer issues forum.
