Water gone without notice AGAIN

Anybody else's water gone in Kiltullagh region ? Ours went completely earlier getting a dribble now. Once again no notice given !!! Checked council website and there is a notice for interruption for anyone north of attymon yesterday. I am not north of attymon and it's not yesterday :(
