"Tennis Elbow????" bicep curls

    I go to the gym 3-4 times a week just for a general workout - nothing extreme - Run on the treadmill a bit then do a few sets for calves, thighs, chest, bench press etc... Have done bicep curls (think they are called that!!) for years, but recently have developed soreness in the elbows, more in right than left to such an extent that I can't continue. It feels like I think tennis elbow would feel like. Has anyone had this, and what exactly is it? Are there any other exercises for biceps I can do apart from curls? (I'm 41, if that has anything to do with it.) Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hey OP responses given to this could be seem as medical advice. This is against the forum charter. Best see a GP/Physio about your elbow.
