Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What a great first movie to see as a 10 year old. :)

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade for me.

If not the first film I saw it's certainly the first film I remember going to see anyway.

The first I can remember going to see is The Little Mermaid in Stillorgan in about 1992 for my birthday. I remember they're used to be a place to queue outside the cinema with boards with the name of the film so you knew which line to go into.

Cinderella, in my local cinema at home. But we didn't call it a cinema. It was a picturehouse.

I remember we used to buy these enormous lollipops, I think they were fat and stripey. We liked them for the cinema because they could last a few hours. I think they cost 10p.

Waking Ned. It was on a school trip and it was either that or the Waterboy. I had no info at all about either.

Went to see Land Before Time, ended up seeing Cocoon for some reason. My parents maintained there was an issue with the reel and they decided to screen Cocoon for everyone instead. Sounds mad. I think maybe they went into the wrong screening. They arent cinema people!

    Jurassic Park.

I was a mini paleontologist when I was a kid and obsessed with dinosaurs, so you can imagine how exhausting it was for me to debunk everything in it.
