Bad smell on the Diamond today

Did anyone else get the awful stench of urine all through the Diamond in Donegal town today? Such a beautiful sunny afternoon and the place stunk. Is the council not cleaning as it used to? This is the first time I ever got this smell. It was also around the Bank of Ireland area.
