    Can we not have a rule for album of the week where the same album can't be voted two weeks in a row? Seems like people just vote in groups for a specific album, it doesn't win and it's just put into the vote every week until it's voted in.

    I think there are few enough posters in the Rock & Metal forum taking part in this that adding rules like the above might drive people away altogether. Mind you I'm more than willing to enforce it if a few more people feel it's worthwhile.

    Wasn't Infest I was referring to. :p It just gets boring seeing that Legion album posted for the millionth time. There's plenty of albums I love that aren't on the list that I think I deserve it; my vote last week for example! :pac: But I'm not gonna keep voting it week after week. Just gonna pick something else and maybe come back to it! I've got this for this week's one:

    I'm gonna keep voting Deicide, because while we did have it one week, we all kinda forgot, so the voting was kept open for a second week, where it got beaten, so I feel it does deserve the win.

    I think it would be worthwhile myself, not to discredit anyones views on a particular album but it mixes things up posts aren't anyway predictable there are plenty uncrowned albums out there you only have one vote, for instance since I started casting votes quite a number of times I'm torn between a few albums and vote for one I'd like there most not because I don't like the other nominees more often than not its usually the case I like multiple.
