    You seem very against IDFPA for some reason? did they call high on your squats?

    i'm just getting into squats and deadlifts now do you have any videos to recommend showing correct depth and techinque

    Dunno if anyone else saw the vid to James Hickey's deadlift but it was very impressive and a stiff leg at that.

    Did you actually read my posts?

    I was plateauing due to technical deficiency and naive programming along with poor diet and supplements. I am correcting these weaknesses and back on on the up.

    Never said I was good at powerlifting, only said I wasn't getting any better.

    I was unbanned because I bought the drifter a drifter.
