Rathkeale are not getting 8mb

    Hi,

    When the 3 mb lines went up to 8mb my broadband didn't go up and eircom said my phone line can't be upgraded. Anyone know why this is the case as they never gave a reason?

    *should say rathkeale area it are!

    You sure you are on the Rathkeale exchange..it has been NGB'd as we know because Digiweb have kindly listed the exchanges for us.

    the house is outside the town in the enniscouch area and was built 5 years ago. Annoying that i cant upgrade the line, 3mb is not enough

    Amazing how another telco can provide better information than the encumbent operator..

    Says Rathkeale exchange and 12.95Mb quality. Useless shower eircom!
