I only know the criteria for Sligo and Casdtlebar which is below. You can find out last years by going to nursing careers and then publications - there's a document giving last years scores and entry rewquirements etc.
I think you will be fine with your score and psychiatric - will keep my fingers crossed for you and all of us lol xxx

Last years highest score was 258 and Lowest was 176.

Scores required for St Angelas General = 234, Psychiatric = 214

Scores required for GMIT Castlebar General = 228, Psychiatric = 218
    ...
Quota of places for FETAC 2012:
    St Angelas General = 1 Psychiatric = 1
    GMIT General = 5, Psychiatric = 2

Quota of places reserved for mature code applicants:
    St Angelas General = 4, Psychiatric = 5
    GMIT General = 4, Psychiatric = 5

hi converse86, if i log into www.nursingcareers.ie and go 2 publications, it will give a list highlighted in green, i think the 1 u r looking 4 is statistics and requirments for nursing/ midwifery, u will need 2 download this, then once this is complete u may look through last years requirments and stats. hope i got that right, gud luck.

got my results today but i think my candidate id is wrong is it the same as your candidate application number on all your personal information?

  • Registered Users Posts: 69 ✭✭cat87

Your candidate number is the number on the invitation letter we printed out from the public jobs website, it's not the number we received in emails from them in March!

    Well got my scores today.

To say im sick as a dog is a massive understatement.

Student Nurse Job simulation Qualifying Score = 43 My Score 42.56

They wrote to me last night and said they were going to recheck this today, got my email just now saying that after rechecking they are going to uphold the score.

All my other scores were good enough and I passed them but because I failed Student Nurse Job simulation I dont go through.

So so Gutted. Wish there was something more I could do.
