hi was looking at the comreg site viewer for mobile phone masts and according to it, there is an O2 mast beside Beaubec on the dublin road

    http://www.askcomreg.ie/mobile/site_viewer.asp

search for site id 8285 its a 2g only mast.

the site id is: 8285 never knew one existed there, and never saw one there before.. looking at the map it appears to be at flogas area, directly across from Beaubec entrance.

did anyone ever notice a mobile phone mast there? or is this something new?

I've seen that on the comreg siteviewer for over a year now but I've seen no sign of a physical mast erected in the vicinity of Beaubec/Boyne Valley hotel

Dont pass that way too often but I know there's a pub / Dairy factory and Flogas building along with a hotel. Are there sectors on any of those buildings?

Oceans12 in relation to the 2G indoor repeater you mentioned, if you look at the building in Google Streetview you can see the Yagi on the roof for receiving the Cellular signal so you are probably right.

A load of new masts went up on Southgate Shopping Centre last August. Just spotted another news mast between Colp and Piltown.

Is there not a mast on the Flogas building?

No longer with o2 as service was hopeless in Grange Rath so cannot say if service has gotten any better since August.

Three service is 1st class in Grange Rath.
