Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any poster who references Brick Tamland is alright by me.

Ha I totally got my comedic references mixed up! I was thinking of George Costanza in Seinfeld with his 'jerk store' line!
Now there was a guy who was at his peak, no come back there, no siree!

I think we can all wish that we're still kicking ass into our 60s and 70s at least.
There are people running marathons into their 100s so, bar serious medical conditions, you have no reason to think you've peaked just yet.

Hit rock bottom? Then things can only get better from then on out.

The older you are the more effort it takes to reach your peak and when you do the view is not that impressive in comparison to younger years, but its not bad, I never did believe in being superfit or have the physique of an Olympic sprinter, that takes to much time. I like to maintain moderate fitness and a flattish stomach.

On that note I am off for a 4 mile fast low impact walk, followed by a few sit ups and press ups, I don't see this as pain in the arse exercise, it is also my meditation and something I enjoy and do miss when I can't. At the moment I just hope it doesn't rain to much.
