    Packers: Get Sam Bradford QB

Ravens: Get Jake Locker QB, first round pick [hope to see the Packers knocked out :) ] and Donnie Avery WR

So Packers get their franchise QB while Ravens get a good QB who can also scramble, a deep threat WR to compliment Eddie Royal and can now reload elsewhere with the first rounder

    I think it's fair

I think the trade is fine lads. A good HB in Bush who plays better than his rating suggests and Timmons who is a beast for MJD. I think it's a good deal for both sides and it is not incredibly one sided either way.

    Thanks again Mike.

Bradford isn't quite elite but is better for passing than Locker is. I don't feel I can depend on Locker to throw 30/40 times a game whereas Avery does. I'm hugely disappointed to lose Avery but it was either him or Ginn, both players who have been important to me this season, and I feel I needed to keep Ginn's Return abilities so offered a better player instead. I'll be hoping that 1st rounder is 32nd pick but Locker may start throwing games due to wanting his team to be better next season :pac:

He get a decent Rb replacement and Timmons back who he really wanted. As long as everyone is happy I dont see the issue.

Thanks Pudsy, I promise MJD wont injure Troy in our fist encounter next year :)

Lads, just to give some perspective Timmons departure has now left a gaping hole in my secondary and Bush was a key man for 1st downs and big yardage throws.
    It's not all one sided.

dosent matter raiders got fleeced thats on them youd never know maby at the end of the year the raiders will look like geniuses
doesn't change the fact seems like a poor deal..

    Commis what you think ?

This doesnt sound like a very fair deal...tbh
wow i thought mjd would be one of the untouchables this year

Glad i dont play you. Mjd!!! Oh boy

Lawrence Timmons is an absolute beast imo. I remember I played a CPU game to see if Harrison was any good at DE, he wasn't, but I found that Timmons had 12 tackles after 6 minutes of defense.

Most people who played the Raiders last year will have noticed a virtually non-existant defense. That has to change. I love Timmons and I love Bush. The only thing MJD did better than I could do with other backs was fight for extra yardage, but I have Sammy Morris to do short yard stuff anyway. Bush will be better in the passing game.

The Cincinnati Bengals will send their 2nd round pick to the Oakland Raiders for DT Pat Sims.

Oh and Timmons at DE.. I may try that!

The Colts send Jones (RB) and Cody (73) to the Redskins for Scott (DE)

I'll need to replace Jones now so I hope I don't regret that trade but Javion Spicy Sinus had me to the point where I just wanted to get the deal done so I could concentrate on the big game tomorrow!

Colts and Raiders swap Montra Haynes for Felix Jones

More big trade news coming out of Houston, and its a straight wide reciever swap! Veteran Steve Smith is packing his bags and on his way to Green Bay. Replacing him in the Texans wide reciever corps will be big Sidney Rice. This trade is potentially very exciting for both sides, with the Texans getting a big target man
and the Packers picking up the deep play threat they crave.

After late night negoations and intence haggling, from the school of Clay Matthews comes Ex-Trainee Pat Angerer stepping out of the shadows to join the player roundabout that is the Raiders! Goes for the Raiders 1st and 2nd round pick.

Arian Foster and Sammie stroughter leaves the Bills and heads to the Eagles, for santonio Holmes and Jared Vehteler and a 3rd round pick.

Titans and raiders continue their second successive offseason with more good trades.

Cameron Jordan LE and a 2nd round pick for qb Matt schaub.

Hopefully this will see the Titans finally have confidence in their throwing.

The frantic offseason activity in Houston continues today with another agreed trade. Young CB Prince Justice (what a name) is on his way to Baltimore to add a physical presence to the Raven secondary.

Making the trip south is Davon Dyer CB, who will hopefully fill the hole left by Prince. Also making his way to the Texans is QB Joe Webb, who will play a backup roll to fellow new arrival Kyle Orton.

I'm very happy with the arrival of Webb, have big plans for the big man

    Poor Kyle Orton

Titans, Ravens, Bills, Texans and the season isn't even over yet

    Nobody loves him :(

Orton is an odd one tbh. In his only season for me he went in some games from being fantastic to throwing 4-5 ints (not all his fault) but still.
McNabb is slightly better but he's more mobile.

Pudsy I think if you can protect Orton while he's waiting to throw you'll be onto a winner, rushing him doesnt end well :D

Colts and Falcons make a trade

Odom RE 82 for Ryan DT 79

Falcons fill a gap at RE and the Colts get someone in to replace the 2 young DTs they've lost through trades already

Busted!!! I couldn't trade him to both of ya ;)

And Peterson could just as easily jump and be better than Davis. Who knows!!!

Anyways... Anyone got a spare CB??? I might have left myself a bit short!!!

More comings and goings in Houston. Free Safety Elam is swapping black for white, leaving the Raiders for the Texans.

Going the opposite way is Free Safety Martin, and Half Back/Return specialist Stephens-Howling.

11 new starters and a totally different offensive gameplan. I hope I get a few CPU games at the start so I can practise it.
