Recommended evening cookery courses

    Hi all,

    I know my wife would love for us both to attend one of these day\evening cookery courses together and was wondering if anyone on Boards.ie had any they would like to recommend? As with much of the internet, there seems to be loads and loads to choose from so I want to make sure I get it right.

    It would need to be a one day or one evening course in Dublin or Kildare and we like the usual stuff like steak, pork, chicken etc but would like to find interesting ways to cook these and would be open to other ideas too.

    We also like Thai, Fish (especially Salmon) and she is getting into baking.

    I don't know if my net is too big here but any good info would be much appreciated.
