Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What does each Provisional Licence entitle you to do?

    Im near the end of my first Provisonal Licence in Ireland and wanted to know what does the second Permit let me do unlike the first one..??

    There is no difference. You will still need a fully licensed driver with you when driving.

    I just found out from my driving instructor last night that a 2nd P.Licence means you do not need to have 12 lessons before doing test.

    Not exactly true. A person only avoids the 12 EDT lessons because their first permit was issued before april 4th 2011. There for they are often on a second licence now.
