    Any advise from anyone on the best way to improve cycling relatively quickly based on limited time ( eg. 6 - 8 hours per week). Any thoughts.

    6-8 hours a week is not limited by the standards of most on here

    What are you aiming for? Racing, sportives, general health improvement?

    What limits your time? Can you fit cycling into your daily routine (eg commuting)?
