Where can you find a Java Developer who'd like to work from home?

    Can anyone suggest where you would look for a Java developer that's looking for project based work that can be done in their own time (i.e. not 9-5pm) from home?

    Somewhere like rentacoder.com might be your best bet. Depends what the project is of course, give us some more detail & we might be able to assist further.
